Returns - Exchanges

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request an exchange for a different size or another product. Please note that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of verifying the return deadline. For the FIRST and only return (e.g. exchange) within Greece, there is no charge provided it is sent via our cooperating courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki – hereinafter “the cooperating courier”). You are only charged €6.00 including VAT for reshipping the product. For returns from abroad, shipping costs for all routes are borne by the sender. It is noted that in case a refund is requested to a bank outside Greece, the final refunded amount is calculated based on the product value at the time of purchase, minus shipping costs and international bank transfer fees (indicatively €12 within the EU).

Returned products must be in the condition they were received. This means: 1. No damage and with original packaging. 2. In excellent condition (with factory packaging such as box or plastic wrap). 3. Accompanied by all documents delivered with the product (e.g. receipt or promotional material). 4. We recommend trying shoes indoors only. 5. The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear bottoms, socks.

If the above conditions are met, you may send the product back to us for exchange. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the return. The return process is simple and always requires telephone communication at 2610-272769. The exchange process is as follows: you send the product to be exchanged via our cooperating courier at our expense. Once we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If yes, we send the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is borne by you and is €6.00 including VAT when shipped via our cooperating courier.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

In cases where, due to proven fault of dimitrioglousport.gr, defective or incorrect products were sold (e.g. wrong order processing, pricing errors, shipping mistakes, damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.), dimitrioglousport.gr assumes full responsibility for replacement, return costs, and reshipping costs. To verify a defect, you must send photos of the product to info@dimitrioglousport.gr for review. If you send the product without following this procedure, you will bear all shipping costs and the company reserves the right to refuse acceptance.

ORDER CANCELLATION - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may cancel your order in the following cases: 1) Before shipment – Cancellation is possible by email at info@dimitrioglousport.gr or by phone at 2610272769 daily 09:00–15:00 and Saturday 09:00–15:00. If cancellation occurs after shipment, you will be charged €6.00 including VAT for shipping costs. 2) After receipt – You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, provided the return conditions are met.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned products. Refunds are always based on the purchase price at the time of purchase, minus €6.00 shipping costs (€3 outbound + €3 return, which are not charged at delivery unless withdrawal is exercised). This also applies to BOX NOW orders.

Orders paid via Klarna may be subject to fees retained by Klarna, which are deducted from the refund.

No exchanges are accepted for invoices issued to businesses.

BOX NOW RETURNS

You can send your product via Box Now. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the procedure is described above. If you received your order via Box Now and wish to return it, follow the instructions received during delivery communication for free return. Alternatively, you may use the nearest locker to send the product back easily.
